By accessing and using Athas Industries services, including Athas Code Editor, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.

Athas Industries provides a code editor and related software tools. The Service includes both free and paid subscription tiers.

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, notify us of unauthorized use, and be responsible for all account activities.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly with automatic renewal until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the billing period.

You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, or reverse engineer the Software.

Athas Code Editor contains open source components licensed under their respective licenses. See our GitHub repository for details.

The Service is owned by Athas Industries and protected by international intellectual property laws.

Athas Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties.

We may modify these Terms with 30 days notice for material changes.

We may terminate your account for breach of these Terms.
